How it works

Three steps

  1. Get your link

Create a free account and your link, aitraining.jobs/c/k7f2q9, works at once. The code is yours alone: six characters, drawn for you.

  2. Share it, or any role

Put your link in a bio, a description or a newsletter. Talking about one role? Press Share on it (or paste its address in your account) and you get that role's own link with your code.

  3. Earn when they start work

When someone you sent starts paid work and the platform pays us a referral fee for them, you get 50% of it. Paid monthly by PayPal or Wise.

Your earnings

How they are worked out

A platform pays us for one person at a time, once that person starts paid work, and its referral list names who it was. So you earn for each of your people who starts paid work, and nobody earns anything for people who never do.

When a platform pays us a referral fee for one of your people, you get 50% of that fee. We check each platform's own referral list to see which of your people started paid work.

Someone who opens your link and, within 90 days, presses Apply on a platform's role for the first time through us, signed in to a free account with us (or making one right after). They count for each platform they apply to that way. Your own account never counts, and neither does someone a platform already had through us. If they open another creator's link before applying, the newest link counts.

The terms

Plain and short

Your link
aitraining.jobs/c/k7f2q9, with your own code, or any page of AITraining.jobs with ?ref= and your code (for example aitraining.jobs/remote-ai-training-jobs?ref=k7f2q9). Every role's Share button makes that link for you.
Who counts
Someone who opens your link and, within 90 days, presses Apply on a platform's role for the first time through us, signed in to a free account with us (or making one right after). They count for each platform they apply to that way. Your own account never counts, and neither does someone a platform already had through us. If they open another creator's link before applying, the newest link counts.
What you earn
When a platform pays us a referral fee for one of your people, you get 50% of that fee. We check each platform's own referral list to see which of your people started paid work. A platform pays us for one person at a time, once that person starts paid work, and its referral list names who it was. So you earn for each of your people who starts paid work, and nobody earns anything for people who never do.
When you are paid
Monthly, by PayPal or Wise, once your balance reaches $50. Platforms pay us weeks or months after someone starts paid work, so each of your fees comes in when the platform pays it.
What you can see
In your account: your link, how many people applied through it on each platform, how many of them started paid work, and what you earned, were paid and are owed.
Cost
No fee to join.
Fair play
Paying or rewarding people to open your link or press Apply, or sending made-up visits or accounts, is not allowed and ends your participation.
No income promises
What you earn depends on how many of the people you send start paid work, and on what each platform pays for them. We do not promise any amount.

Payouts start once your balance reaches $50.

Questions

What creators ask us

Who can join?

Anyone who makes content about earning money by training AI: YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, a newsletter or a blog. There is no fee and no approval step.

Why do I need an account?

Your account holds your link, so you cannot lose it, shows how many people applied through it, and turns the Share button on every role into your link to that role.

Can I link to one specific role?

Yes. Press Share on the role, or paste its address in your account, and you get its own address with your code. Anyone who opens it lands on that role, and everything they apply to for 90 days counts for you.

Why only for people who start paid work?

A platform pays us for one person at a time, once that person starts paid work, and its referral list names who it was. So you earn for each of your people who starts paid work, and nobody earns anything for people who never do. Visits, clicks and sign-ups are easy to fake and cost nothing; paid work is not. So the people you send who do the work are the ones you earn from, and nobody is paid out of fees other people earned.

Why do the people I send need an account?

It is how we know who you sent. The platform's referral list names the person who started paid work, and their account with us records the link they came through. Anyone who applies through us is asked to save their applications in a free account, and an apply made just before signing up still counts.

How is my code kept unique?

It is drawn at random from about 887 million possible codes, and the database refuses a code that is already taken, drawing again. No code is ever given to two people.

When do I get paid?

Monthly, by PayPal or Wise, once your balance reaches $50. Platforms pay us weeks or months after someone starts paid work, so each of your fees comes in when the platform pays it.

How much can I earn?

What you earn depends on how many of the people you send start paid work, and on what each platform pays for them. We do not promise any amount.

Do I have to say it is a referral link?

Yes. Tell your audience that the link earns you a commission. The FTC and most platforms require it for paid links.
