CBRN Safety RLHF Reviewer

The work

You will help assess how AI systems handle chemical, biological, radiological, nuclear, and explosive safety topics. The work involves reviewing prompts and generated responses, identifying risks, and giving expert feedback that can improve model behavior.

• Review prompts and AI-generated responses.
• Classify potential CBRN safety risks.
• Evaluate model behavior on safety-related content.
• Rank responses based on their quality and safety.
• Provide expert reference feedback for AI training.

What it pays and takes

This is a part-time contractor role for candidates with intermediate experience. Work is limited to less than 20 hours per week.

• Pay: $50 to $52 per hour in USD.
• Work type: Part-time contract.
• Location: United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Spain, Portugal, or Italy.
• Experience: Intermediate level.
• Subject knowledge: Chemistry, biochemistry, radiology, nuclear topics, and explosives.
