Indoor 3D Home Capture Study

About This Project

OneForma is working with a leading consumer technology company to capture indoor 3D data in real homes in the Seattle area. A Centific moderator visits your home and records every floor with a pre-release phone app in a handheld mount. The recordings help the team test and improve the app.

You are not filmed or recorded. Only the inside of your home is captured.

What Happens During the Visit

• A Centific moderator comes to your home
• The moderator moves through each floor with the phone app, room by room
• The app records the shape, size and appearance of each room as a 3D model
• No people, pets or children may be on the floor being recorded
• Before the capture, you remove or cover sensitive items such as mail, documents, family photos and screens showing personal information
• Each session takes 60 to 120 minutes
