Pharmacy Technician Expert

Certified pharmacy technicians to build the medication workflow scenarios frontier AI labs use to test practical accuracy. We're hiring certified pharmacy technicians as contractors to author and grade the medication workflow scenarios those evaluations run on. A model can define a DUR rejection. Responsibilities

• Author realistic prescription processing and adjudication scenarios
• Write reference answers that show the correct workflow order, not just the end state
• Grade model output for dosing math, sig interpretation, and safety flags
• Catch answers that would fail in a real pharmacy queue

Required qualifications

• Active CPhT certification (PTCB or NHA) or state pharmacy technician registration
• 2+ years working in a retail, hospital, or specialty pharmacy
• Working knowledge of sig codes, NDCs, days supply math, and insurance adjudication
• Clear written English for documenting pharmacy workflows
• Able to commit at least 10 hours per week

Preferred qualifications

• Sterile or nonsterile compounding experience (USP 797/800)
• Specialty or mail order pharmacy and prior authorization experience
• Pharmacy software fluency (Epic Willow, PioneerRx, or equivalent)
