About Anyone AI

Anyone AI, Inc. is a Delaware company, venture-backed since 2022, that started by training Latin American developers in AI and now also runs Anyone AI Labs, a human data arm that recruits experts for projects with AI labs. Its job board lists about 180 expert contract roles, most posted once per country across 29 countries: STEM experts write hard problems with one verifiable answer, software engineers build and review coding tasks, and quant finance and machine learning PhDs write and grade AI answers. Every role states a rate, but Anyone AI publishes no payout method or pay schedule for this work.

Is Anyone AI legit?

Researched October 2026 · 16 sources

Mostly. Anyone AI, Inc. is a real Delaware company, venture-backed since 2022, and every expert role it posts states an hourly rate. But it publishes no payout terms, and public reviews of its AI-trainer work are almost absent. You apply with little to go on: no public contractor terms, payout method or pay schedule, and software roles pay per project, so the hourly rate is an estimate. The one AI Trainer review we found is a 1-star Glassdoor post. It pays $40–$80/hr typically (median $40/hr).

Actively hiring, pay independently measured from its live feed
Who is behind it

Anyone AI, Inc. gives its address as 910 Foulk Road, Wilmington, Delaware. Agustin Caverzasi (CEO) and Rafael Szuminski co-founded it in 2022 to train Latin American developers in AI, and it raised a $1.5 million pre-seed that June, led by Global Founders Capital. Its human data arm, Anyone AI Labs, says it has supplied engineers to data providers since 2022 and recruits experts for AI lab projects. It names no clients.

Getting paid

Every role states a rate. On 11 October 2026 its 183 expert roles ran from $15 to $150 an hour: $40 on most STEM roles, $45 to $80 on most software roles, $150 for quant finance and CS PhD roles. Software roles pay per project, so their hourly figures are estimates. No payout method or schedule is published.

Worker ratings

Trustpilot (AI course) 4.6/5 (43 reviews). Read October 2026.

Who can join

Remote. Each role names its country: 9 in Latin America (Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Ecuador, Mexico, Paraguay, Peru, Uruguay), 13 in Europe (including the Netherlands, Germany, Spain and the UK), plus Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam. No US or Canada roles.

Fake Anyone AI recruiters

We found no reports of fake recruiters using Anyone AI's name. Its real sites are anyoneai.com and jobs.anyoneai.com, which lists every open role; the same roles sit on its Ashby page, jobs.ashbyhq.com/anyone-ai. The email addresses it publishes end in @anyoneai.com. Applying is a free form, so never pay anyone to get work.

What people praise

  • Rates are public: all 183 expert roles carry an hourly figure in Anyone AI's open job feed, from $15 to $150, so you know the pay before you apply.
  • Software roles let you set your own hours: the posts say consultants control their own schedule, use their own tools and may work for other clients at the same time.
  • Its AI course scores 4.6/5 from 43 Trustpilot reviews, and one June 2026 reviewer says Anyone AI got them recruited to work for a top global company, with better pay.

What people complain about

  • A 1-star Glassdoor review from a current AI Trainer (2026), seen only in search results, calls onboarding poorly organized and says the pay for assigned tasks was not disclosed.
  • Anyone AI publishes no contractor terms, payout method or pay schedule for expert work: neither its job posts nor its Labs page say how or when experts are paid.
  • Software roles pay per project, and the posts say hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time, so the posted $45 to $80 is not a guaranteed hourly wage.
  • Its Trustpilot reviews cover the course, not the expert work. The one 2-star review (2024) claims Anyone AI takes legal action against people who quit the course after signing.
Who it suits

Best for: Software engineers with 3 to 7 years of Python and JavaScript, and STEM master's or PhD holders with strong Python, living in one of the 29 countries its roles name across Latin America, Europe and Asia. Not for: Anyone in the US or Canada (no role names them), anyone who needs written pay terms or a payout schedule before starting, or anyone wanting long steady work: STEM projects run 2 months.

How to get started on Anyone AI

Researched October 2026

Pick the role posted for your country at jobs.anyoneai.com, open its Application tab and send the one-page form (CV, LinkedIn, domain and, on most roles, phone, location, GitHub, the programming language for your interview and your expected hourly rate), then wait to hear back: Anyone AI says it will be in touch if there is a fit, expect an interview, and paid work starts only once you are accepted onto a project.

Who can join

  • For the software roles, professional engineering experience: 54 of the 78 software posts ask for 3 to 7 years, with strong Python and JavaScript or TypeScript, working knowledge of Java, C# or Go, testing frameworks, and advanced professional written English.
  • For the STEM roles, a master's or PhD in the field (a few chemistry and physics posts also accept a bachelor's), research or industry experience, and strong Python: 86 of the 94 STEM posts ask for strong Python skills.
  • For the $150-an-hour roles, a PhD or senior technical experience: the Quant Finance Expert posts list a PhD in quantitative finance or a related field, or work as a quant researcher, trader, risk modeler or financial engineer; the Computer Science PhD posts ask for a PhD in machine learning, AI or an adjacent field, or a comparable engineering or research role.
  • A location the role covers: every role names a country, 29 in all on 11 October 2026 (9 in Latin America, 13 in Europe, plus Egypt, India, Indonesia, Japan, Thailand, Turkey and Vietnam). No role names the United States or Canada.
  • A second language for some roles: 8 Full-Stack Developer posts ask for engineers who also speak Russian, Japanese, German, Italian, Polish or Thai, and one Civil Engineering Expert post asks for Spanish reading.
  • Time to give: STEM posts ask for 10 to 20, 20, or 20 to 40 hours a week on a project of 2 months with potential extension, and 33 of them ask for an immediate start. Most software posts say you control your own schedule, and the quant finance and Computer Science PhD posts say hours are flexible.
  • A CV file (PDF, DOC or DOCX, up to 10 MB), a LinkedIn profile, and on most roles a GitHub link: GitHub is required on 158 of the 183 expert roles.

Step by step

  1. 1

Find the role for your country

Open jobs.anyoneai.com, which listed 193 roles on 11 October 2026. Skip the 10 under 'Anyone AI Internal Team': those are staff jobs, not expert work. Most expert roles are posted once per country, so choose the posting that names the country you live in.

  2. 2

    Read the post's terms

Each role page shows its location, employment type, department and hourly rate. STEM posts also list the weekly hours and a project duration of 2 months with potential extension. Software posts say you are paid per project and that the hourly rate is an estimate based on anticipated completion time.

  3. 3

    Fill in the application form

Click the Application tab: you do not need an account. Every expert role asks for your name, email, CV, LinkedIn profile and domain expertise (18 options). On most roles the form also asks for your phone number, location, GitHub link, the programming language you want for your interview, and your expected hourly rate in US dollars.

  4. 4

    Submit and wait

After you submit, the page shows 'Application submitted. Thank you for applying. We'll be in touch if there's a fit.' Anyone AI publishes no review time, and no role has a closing date.

  5. 5

    Expect an interview

The form asks which programming language (or library) you would like to use for your interview, on 175 of the 183 expert roles, STEM and finance included. Anyone AI does not describe the interview. One AI Trainer candidate on Glassdoor, seen only in search results, described an AI-run interview of about 20 minutes about writing prompts to train an AI model.

  6. 6

    Get accepted onto a project

Anyone AI's referral terms track each applicant through the stages Application Completed, Accepted (approved for a project) and Earning (began paid work). They also say trial tasks, onboarding activities and evaluation or assessment work do not count as paid production work toward the referral threshold, so expect some of these before production starts.

  7. 7

    Do the project work

STEM experts design hard problems with exactly one verifiable correct answer and submit a complete, verified solution. Software engineers build multi-file coding tasks with a written specification, a reference implementation and tests, and review other contributors' tasks. Quant finance and Computer Science PhD experts write and answer questions and evaluate and rank AI responses.

  8. 8

    Get paid

Anyone AI publishes no payout method, currency, schedule or minimum for expert work. A staff job post says its Human Data platform runs payouts and approves or rejects tasks, so confirm how and when you will be paid before you start.

Interview (format not published), then project onboarding

Anyone AI does not publish its screening. The evidence is indirect: the application form asks which programming language you want to use for your interview, its referral terms mention trial tasks, onboarding activities and evaluation or assessment work before paid production work, and one AI Trainer candidate on Glassdoor described an AI-run interview.

Format

Not published. On the form you choose Python, Javascript, React, Node.js, SQL, Java, Go or C++ for the interview. The one Glassdoor AI Trainer report we found (search results only) describes an AI-run interview of about 20 minutes: an introduction, how you would write prompts to train an AI model, and your questions about the company.

How to prepare

  • Choose the interview language you are strongest in: you pick it yourself on the form, from Python, Javascript, React, Node.js, SQL, Java, Go or C++.
  • For STEM roles, practice the actual task: write one hard problem in your field with exactly one verifiable answer, and a complete worked solution checked in Python (numpy, scipy or similar).
  • For software roles, practice working in a large multi-file codebase: fix a bug, write a short specification and reference implementation, and add unit tests with pytest, Jest or a similar framework.
  • Make your CV, LinkedIn and GitHub tell the same story: the form asks you to confirm your LinkedIn profile, and GitHub is required on most roles.
  • Know the posted rate before you answer the expected-rate question: the form offers 8 bands, from 'Less than $20' to '$150+'.

Why people get rejected

  • Anyone AI publishes no rejection reasons and no pass rate.
  • Missing a stated requirement, such as the master's or PhD most STEM posts ask for, or the 3 to 7 years most software posts ask for.
  • Applying to a language-specific role without the language: 8 developer posts need Russian, Japanese, German, Italian, Polish or Thai.
  • Not a rejection: the confirmation only says Anyone AI will be in touch if there is a fit, so no reply is the only signal you may get.
How long it takes

Anyone AI gives no timeline. After you submit, the page says only that it will be in touch if there is a fit. The expert roles were posted between 4 May and 10 October 2026 and none has a closing date. STEM posts that state availability ask for an immediate start, and their projects run 2 months with potential extension.

When you get paid

Anyone AI publishes no payout method, currency, schedule or minimum for expert work. Its posts state rates in US dollars: up to $40 an hour on most STEM roles, $150 an hour for core project work on quant finance roles, and per-project pay on software roles, whose hourly rates are estimates based on anticipated completion time. The only payout it documents is its $100 referral bonus, paid within 30 days via PayPal or Wise.

Tips to get accepted

  • Apply to the posting for your own country. On 11 October 2026 Biology Expert was posted separately for 22 countries and Physics for 21.
  • Check the rate on your country's posting: most software roles pay $45 to $80 an hour, but 12 language-specific or country-specific developer roles pay $25 to $50 or $15 to $35.
  • On STEM roles, read $40 as a ceiling: the posts say 'Compensation: Up to 40 USD / hr'.
  • On software roles, ask how many hours each project is expected to take: you are paid per project, so your real hourly pay depends on how long the work takes you.
  • You can keep other clients: software posts say consultants may work for other vendors or employers at the same time, subject to those vendors' allowances.
  • Do not confuse the expert roles with Anyone AI's AI Fellowship, a paid course at $299 or $349 a month. No expert role asks for it, and applying for expert work is a free form.

What isn't public

  • Anyone AI publishes nothing about what happens after the form: no screening steps, interview format, trial task, contract, NDA, onboarding or start date. The interview and trial steps here are inferred from its application form and its referral terms.
  • No payout method, currency, pay schedule, minimum or invoicing rule is published for expert work, and we found no contractor agreement. anyoneai.com/terms returns a 404 page, and its privacy policy refers to Terms and Conditions we could not find.
  • Every role names a country, but no post says outright that you must live there, and 7 roles name a different country in the title than in their location field.
  • Projects and clients are not named: the software posts say only 'a leading AI lab', and Anyone AI Labs names no lab or data provider.
  • It is unclear how the expected-rate question on the form relates to the rate on the post.
  • Independent feedback on the expert work is very thin. Trustpilot's 43 reviews (4.6/5) concern the AI course. Glassdoor blocked our reader, so its scores (4.2/5 from 7 ratings in one result, 4.7/5 in another), its 1-star AI Trainer review and its interview report come from search results only. Reddit blocked our reader, LinkedIn needs a sign-in, and we found no Indeed page.
  • 94 of the 183 expert roles were posted in May or June 2026. All were still listed on 11 October 2026, but Anyone AI does not say which are actively hiring.
